After growing up near Lake Bolac, Nicole moved to Melbourne to pursue her interest in health where she completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Science and Nutrition) before graduating from Nutrition and Dietetics.

Nicole has worked in both clinical and academic positions including her role as a Research Assistant for the International Diabetes Institute AusDiab study and Deakin University Geelong Exercise & Nutrition Training Study (GENTS). Her clinical experience in dietetics began when she moved to Bendigo and provided an outreach service to individuals and communities in the North Central area of the state.

Nicole began working in Colac earlier this year as a Dietitian at Colac Area Health and has recently joined our team. Nicole will continue providing a service to both organisations

Nicole has a particular interest in assisting clients achieve their most healthy weight through sustainable lifestyle changes. Outside the clinic, her interests are cooking for friends and family, visiting regional markets, learning more about food sustainability and tending to her vegetable garden.
